After trying since the end of November to order the Samsung D500 on the
internet and having my orders cancelled, then having to wait for 4 weeks to

I would like to congratulate you on what has proved to be an excellent service. My new phone arrived this morning without any hitches and is now up and running.

I originally ordered the same phone from a major mobile phone group and what a palaver that turned out to be. Not only did it take a couple of days to process the sim free order, but when it was dispatched on a next day delivery service, the phone eventually arrived three days later and was rejected due to lack of customer service.
